Stayed at the annex called the Guest House for 4 nights. Perfect location, short walking distance from main station and all public transportation. Close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and Zurich old town. Room had ample space, efficient bathroom, desk with a unique bicycle seat chair, coffee/tea, good Wi-Fi, and extra couch. Good ventilation and curtains. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel. No air conditioning, only a fan.

Handy and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were decent, and it had magnificent location very near the station. The room was functional, brand-new with built in bathroom and the overall experience was fine.
